Since our firm was founded we have investigated hundreds of assessment tools and found that only a very few meet your needs. Since we strongly believe that an assessment is a fast and easy way to learn about a person or an organization, we only wanted the best and most accurate.

You will find only two listed here and that is because our investigation and usage has shown the Simmons Personal Survey as the most accurate tool available for hiring, promoting and coaching an individual. It is like an X-Ray of the very being. The Simmons Organizational Inventory is very similar except that it measures an entire organization or any subset. It gives an understanding of the current reality and where improvements can be made.
